We strive to match our nursing staff to the clients they will be caring for. Our management team learns each client’s cares individually and creates a specific care plan for their individual needs. We work hard to include the family caregivers for a holistic approach to care. As a client you will feel our compassion and kindness every time you have an interaction with a NextStep employee. Our staff will help you navigate the healthcare system and assist with members of the client’s medical care team. Our nursing team will be an advocate for the client’s when they may not be able to advocate for themselves.
